VisionCoders

Web platforms, applied AI, and the deployment that keeps them up.

What we do

We build software
that ships.

VisionCoders is a small engineering team that takes an idea from a whiteboard sketch to something running in production. We work in short cycles, show working software early, and keep the moving parts few enough to explain on one slide.

Capabilities

What we can take on

A dashboard with navigation, metric tiles and a chart

Web platforms

Dashboards, portals and internal tools — the kind with real users, real permissions and data that has to stay correct.

  • Responsive front ends
  • REST and realtime APIs
  • Auth, roles and audit trails
Documents feeding a vector index and a model that returns a grounded answer

Applied AI

Language models and vision wired into a product, with the plumbing that keeps answers grounded and costs predictable.

  • Retrieval over your own data
  • Agents and tool calling
  • Evaluation before rollout
Containers moving through a build pipeline into a monitored running service

Deploy and run

Getting it onto a server and keeping it there — containers, a domain, certificates and a way to tell when something breaks.

  • Docker and reverse proxies
  • CI and staged releases
  • Logs, metrics and alerts

Things we have shipped

Two systems we built and still run — both live, on a real domain, with real people using it.

A farm assistant answering over chat and voice, grounded in a knowledge base
Applied AI · Agriculture

Kisan Mitra

A farm advisor that answers on WhatsApp, on Telegram and on an ordinary phone call — by voice or by text, in the language the caller already speaks. Crop guidance, prices and scheme eligibility, answered from a curated knowledge base rather than guessed at.

Ankur farm platform

A marketplace and record keeper for farmers, supply stores and service providers. Catalogue and orders, wallets, land records, weather at the field, and a leaf scanner that reads a photograph for disease — with a different view of all of it for every kind of account.

How we work

Four steps, no mystery

01

Frame it

Agree what the thing has to do, and just as importantly what it does not.

02

Prototype

Something clickable in days, so the arguing happens over a screen and not a doc.

03

Build

Short cycles, working software at the end of each one, tests where they earn their keep.

04

Ship

Onto a real server behind a real domain, with monitoring so problems surface early.

Working together

Three ways to start

Build it with us

You have something to make. We take it from the sketch to a running deployment, with a demo you can click at the end of every cycle.

Fixed scope · fixed price

Join your team

You have engineers already. We plug in for a stretch to add capacity or a skill you are short of — in your repository, on your process.

Monthly · by the person

Keep it running

It is built and it is live. We look after the servers, the releases, the upgrades and the problem that surfaces at two in the morning.

Monthly · agreed response
Questions

Asked often enough

How do you price a project?

Fixed price for a scoped build, monthly for embedded or ongoing work. Either way you see the number and what it covers before anyone starts.

Is our project too small?

Almost certainly not. A single page that saves one person an hour a day is a good project, and it is usually the fastest one to prove out.

Who owns the code?

You do — repository, containers, credentials and all. Nothing we build for you should be difficult to take somewhere else.

How soon do we see something?

Something you can click inside the first couple of weeks on most projects, and sooner than that on small ones.

Will you work in our stack?

Usually, yes. Where we would choose differently we will tell you why, and then it stays your call.

Can you take over something half built?

Often. We start by reading it end to end and telling you honestly what shape it is in — before anyone commits to a plan.

Got something you want built?

Tell us what you are trying to do and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.
